Q : What type of leather do you use on your products?
A : All of our products are made from 100 % full grain leather. We do however offer some of our products in PU ( Polyurethane ) upon request.
Q : Where are your products made?
A : Our manufacturing facility is located in Bolivia, South America.
Q : Can I return the case if I do not like it?
A : You can return any of our stock items or any item that has not been specially made for you.
Q : Do you offer discounts on large orders?
A : We do offer group discounts.
Q : Do you offer corporate gifts?
A : Actually we do offer any type of promotional items made from leather as well as laptop cases and covers. We offer big discounts as well as free embossing on some items.
Q : Does LapGlove accept orders from other countries?
A : We do ship internationally.
Q : Can I put my company logo on my case?
A : You may put your company logo on your case, we may ask for written permission on occasion.
Q : Can you design a logo for me?
A : We have qualified Graphic Designers that can help design a logo or different fonts for personalization for a small additional fee.
Q : How long will it take to receive my purchase?
A : This depends on if it is a customized item. We tend to need 2-3 weeks for a personalized item, due to the fact that each item is hand made to your specifications.
Q : Can I change my order?
A : You may change aspects of your order within 48 hours of placing it. After that you can ask to change something but we cannot guarantee that changes will be made.
Q : What shipping method do you use?
A : For all domestic shipments we use UPS and for international orders we use USPS.
Q : Can I trace my package once it has been shipped?
A : We will provide you with UPS tracking information once it has left our distribution center.
